Opening Ceremonies/Spy Coast

Opening Ceremonies/Spy Coast Farm Welcome Party

Following the mandatory riders meeting at 6pm in the Covered Arena, the 2014 NAJYRC Opening Ceremonies will be held on Tuesday, July 16, at Spy Coast Farm. While riders are required to attend, everyone is encouraged to participate.

Teams will participate in a parade of golf carts they’ve decorated to neighboring Spy Coast Farm, host of the official Welcome Party. They will line up by discipline to be announced into the party. The Welcome Party, open to all riders, coaches, grooms, chefs and parents, includes food, a DJ, mechanical bull, bounce houses, games, and much more!

Combined Pizza Party

Celebrating both the NAJYRC and U.S. Pony Club Festival taking place at the Kentucky Horse Park during the same time, all are invited to attend a pizza party on Thursday, July 17, in the Covered Arena. This is a great opportunity to meet some of the other competitors and relax with your teammates and friends.

Competitor's Party

The Competitors’ Party will be at 6:00 pm on Saturday, July 19, in the Competitor’s Cafe. Dinner will be served along with a DJ, photo booth, and lots of fun! All competitors are welcome and additional tickets may be purchased for $25 at the hospitality desk.

Competitor's Café and KY Club VIP

Wednesday, July 16 through Sunday, July 20.

Breakfast will be available from 7am-9am.

Lunch will be available from 11:30am-1:30pm.

On Saturday, June 19, the Competitor’s Party will begin at 6pm.

Day passes can be purchased for access to the Competitor’s Café for $30 or event passes can be purchased for $150.
